Texts in SVG do not show up in browsers

If you create a SVG vector image using Inkscape with text(s) you may encounter this: all the texts do not show up in any browser. It is because Inkscape using flowed-text by default which is an un-finished function and is not implemented yet in any other vector renderers (like the browsers). So, what you can do now is to convert those texts into regular texts or non-flowed-text by: 1. Select the text(s) 2. In Text menu, select Convert to text References: [0]  https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/747441 [1]  http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/FAQ#What_about_flowed_text.3F

Firefox OS Simulator add-on review

Image
I'm so excited right now to write apps for Firefox OS, the hottest mobile operating system of Mozilla. - Everything is here:  https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Firefox_OS The only phone maker right now which produces phones that runs Firefox OS is Geekphone (a Spain company,  http://www.geeksphone.com/ ), but all of the there Firefox OS powered phones were sold old in just a couple of hours after launch. So, I and so many other fan-boy all over the world cannot have a chance to buy it. So, the only thing I can do right now is write apps and test it on the Simulator. These are screenshots of the Simulator add-on (Firefox browser, of-course):
